Refund & Dispute Policy

This Refund & Dispute Policy ("Policy") outlines how refunds, disputes, and transaction reversals are handled on GHOSTPLAY, operated by GHOSTLLC VENTURES ("Ghost", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Policy
All transactions on Ghost are final once completed.
Ghost operates an automated escrow system, and refunds are only issued under specific, limited conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued only if all the following conditions are met:
- The buyer raises a dispute within the active transaction window (security timer period).
- The seller has provided invalid credentials, or misleading or incorrect account details.
- The buyer has not secured or altered the account in a way that affects verification.
Ghost reserves the right to deny refunds if sufficient evidence is not provided.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The buyer fails to act within the transaction timer.
- The buyer secures the account and later changes their mind.
- The account is lost, banned, or restricted after the transaction is completed.
- The buyer provides incorrect claims or insufficient evidence.
- The transaction is completed automatically without dispute.
All completed transactions are considered accepted and final.
4. Automatic Fund Release
Funds are released automatically when:
- The buyer confirms the transaction.
- The transaction timer expires without dispute.
Once funds are released:
- The transaction is closed.
- No refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
5. Dispute Process
To initiate a dispute:
- The buyer must raise the issue before the timer expires.
- Ghost may request screenshots, account access proof, and communication logs.
Ghost will review the evidence and make a determination.
Important:
- All decisions made by Ghost are final.
- Ghost is not obligated to resolve disputes lacking sufficient proof.
6. Payment Reversals & Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals outside the platform.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Ghost reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.
- Ghost may restrict access to funds.
- Ghost may provide transaction evidence to payment processors.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account bans.
7. Platform Fees
Platform fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
Ghost is not responsible for:
- Account recovery by previous owners.
- Game publisher actions (bans, suspensions).
- User negligence during the security window.
Users accept all risks associated with digital account transfers.
9. Policy Updates
Ghost reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
