By accessing or using Ghost, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Ghost does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any account.

All transactions occur directly between users, subject to the automated systems defined on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate and complete account credentials.
• Ensure accounts are transferable and accessible.
• Refrain from reclaiming or recovering accounts after sale.

Buyers must:

• Secure purchased accounts within the provided time window.
• Verify account details immediately after credential access.

Failure to act within required timeframes may result in loss of rights to dispute.

4. Transaction Flow & Escrow

Ghost uses an automated escrow system:

1. Buyer makes payment.
2. Credentials are revealed automatically.
3. A security timer begins.
4. Buyer must secure the account within this period.

Fund Release:

• Funds are released when buyer confirms the transaction.
• Funds are released when the timer expires without dispute.

All releases are automatic and final, except in limited dispute cases (see Section 6).

5. Platform Fees

Ghost charges a platform fee on transactions.

• Fees may be deducted during withdrawal or transaction completion.
• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Ghost reserves the right to modify fees at any time.

6. Disputes & Intervention

Ghost operates primarily on automated enforcement, not manual arbitration.

Limited disputes may be raised when:

• A seller provides invalid or misleading credentials.
• A transaction is clearly fraudulent.

Important:

• Buyers must raise disputes within the active transaction window.
• Ghost may request evidence from both parties.
• Decisions made by Ghost are final.

Ghost is not obligated to resolve all disputes and may decline intervention where evidence is insufficient.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use Ghost for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass platform systems (including off-platform transactions).
• Harass, threaten, or manipulate other users.
• Exploit platform mechanics unfairly.

8. Account Origin Disclaimer

Ghost does not verify the origin of accounts listed on the platform.

By using Ghost:

• Buyers accept all risks associated with account ownership history.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the legitimacy of listed accounts.

Ghost shall not be held liable for:

• Recovered accounts.
• Banned or restricted accounts.
• Prior ownership disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Ghost shall not be liable for:

• Loss of accounts after transfer.
• User misconduct or fraud.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
• Remove listings or restrict access without prior notice.

• Abuse of platform systems.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
